The John Molson School of Business is organizing the 10th International Conference on Governance,
in Montréal, CANADA, on May 30-31, 2011.
Previously held in Montreal, Mons, Strasbourg, Geneva, Bordeaux, Florence and Metz,
this event has been providing a forum for scholars interested in corporate governance since 2002.
Because corporate governance is at the crossroads of several disciplines
(management, finance, law, and economics,...), it provides opportunities for high
quality research papers. Papers that utilize any of a broad range of research methodologies
and analytical frameworks will be considered.
Full papers, in French or English, should be submitted before February, 21, 2011, by e-mail
to cig2011.Montreal@gmail.com
(word and pdf format accepted).
Submissions will be anonymously reviewed by two members of the scientific committee.
Authors will be notified of the committee?s decision by April 6, 2010. Final acceptance of
the paper will be subject to registration before April, 26, 2010 and presentation of the paper
by at least one of the authors.
